How Do You Live With Excessive Sweating?
Jul 2nd, 2009 Posted in Health | no comment »Everybody sweats, you just do - it’s natural. But if you’re one of the millions of people in the world who suffer from excessive sweating, it can be something that takes over your life.
You might have to be careful about what you wear, where you go and what you do. Worrying about if you’re going to sweat could make work difficult and stop you going on nights out.
Sound familiar? You’ve probably tried all sorts of different methods to stop or at least cover-up your sweating, with limited success. What you really need is a safe and simple cure for the problem that actually works.
So why do some people sweat more than others?
Looking at why you sweat in more detail might not be as interesting as solving the problem of excessive sweating but it’s useful knowledge for when you are considering possible cures.
Hyperhidrosis is what scientists call excessive sweating. Everybody sweats, it’s how your body regulates it’s temperature. The skin is cooled as the sweat evaporates. If it’s hot or you have been exercising, sweating is your body’s way of stopping you from over-heating. It’s linked to the nervous system so some people also sweat when they are anxious, nervous, or under pressure.
However, if you sweat excessively you may have Hyperhidrosis which affects a lot of teenagers but can also affect older people too.
According to doctors, an overactive nervous system is the cause behind Hyperhidrosis. Rather than it being how hot you feel, it could be that you’re nervous. You might even be nervous about sweating and then unfortunately, you sweat because you’re nervous!
Understanding how you are affected by excessive sweating can help you deal with the problem, or even better find a cure that works for you.
Can you cure excessive sweating? Any of the following might help lessen the problem or at least make it easier to live with?
-Try not to wear man-made fibres and wear colours like black and white that hide the stain better
-Always shower in the morning and after any exercise
-Watch what you eat and avoid caffeine, hot and spicy foods
-Apply your anti-perspirant a number of times during the day rather than just once
-There are high-stregth anti-perspirants available that might offer increased protection
There are a whole host of other things but we’re getting into the realms of drugs, surgery and wearing things like “arm-pit shields” so whilst the ideas above might make excessive sweating easier to live with, wouldn’t it be easier overall if there was a safe and simple cure?
Don’t find a way to live with it…find a way to cure it!
Stop sweating and start living. If you’ve been covering up your excessive sweating until now, you’re probably pretty fed up with that as a solution and would much rather find a cure? That’s what Mike Ramsey thought as well. But rather than someone who’s come up with an idea they think might work, he’s been there. He suffered with excessive sweating for years so he knows what you’re going through.
He used to wear t-shirts under his shirts to hide the sweat, take two or three showers a day and tried all sorts of anti-perspirants, off the shelf and prescription ones, but nothing seemed to work for him. His excessive sweating literally ruled his life - sound familiar?
Just when he thought that this might be a problem for the rest of his live, he stumbled across a safe and simple cure that was able to reduce his excessive sweating by 95% within two weeks. This cure was totally natural and only took a few minutes to do each day.
It’s no wonder then that he has helped over 14,000 people set themselves free with his Stop Sweating & Start Living program. I could tell you all about what you can expect from Mike’s program but why not go and have a look for yourself - what have you got to lose?
